When your dashboard is ready, and you can share it with others. There are two ways to share a dashboard.
Share with read and write access
You can just copy-paste the URL address of the dashboard and share that link with any registered Monolith user in your team (dashboard users won't be able to access). Only registered users with access to the team in which the dashboard was created can access the dashboard via that link.
Everybody who can access the dashboard has full power to edit the dashboard (change name, add/remove steps, change layout, …). Also, the underlying notebook and data can be accessed by these users.
Share with read-only access
Below the header bar is a box with a link to share the dashboard publicly with read-only access. This link can be called by any registered (dashboard) user on the platform. When the dashboard is called via this link all buttons and handles to change the dashboard are removed. Interactive elements on the dashboard (like Filter Category, Fix Parameter, Prediction steps) can still be changed. So, the dashboard remains interactive with regard to the results and models but not with regard to the layout and overall setup.
