How to navigate the Knowledge Base

The aim of the Knowledge Base is to give you all the information you need to make the most of the Monolith platform. Here is some information on how to use it as efficiently as possible.

The Knowledge Base is divided in different sections

The Knowledge Base is divided into several main sections.

Getting started

This section covers basics on registration, how to get started, and some basic knowledge you should get familiar with right at the beginning.

Platform documentation

This section provides a documentation of the UI, navigation, and different parts of the platform in general. These all are split out in subsections, for example:

  • UI and navigation
  • Notebooks
  • Dashboards
  • Plots (coming soon)
  • Teams
  • File and Data Manager

Function documentation

This section provides documentation of the functions which are available within notebooks. The subsections follow the button structure when creating new functions:

  • Import & Export
  • Explore
  • Transform
  • Model
  • Apply


This section covers best practices, troubleshooting, guidance on how to use the support portal itself, and a section which collects everything which doesn't fall into any other area.


This section contains announcements about the platform like the information about a new release, or the introduction of a new set of tutorials.

The Knowledge Base is searchable

If you are not sure where to search, you can just use the search bar at the top of the portal, and any relevant article will be suggested. Note that if you search from the home tab, your relevant tickets will also be shown in the results of the search.
