Why can't I see all the items (inputs, outputs, …) in a drop down list?

In order to be memory efficient, only 100 items are shown in drop down lists as most of the time this is enough to see all options. If you have more than 100 items, only the first 100 will be shown by default. If you want to access all items, you can click on the text "Not seeing the full list?" and then on "Show all records" (see screenshot below). Moreover, if you start typing text in the drop down area, the filtering will be applied on all the items and not just the 100 displayed.
