There are two ways to enter the support portal:
- Single sign-on
- E-mail address and password
Single sign-on login
To use the single sign-on login two prerequisites need to be fulfilled:
- You have to be a user on a Monolith platform and logged in on that instance.
- That instance has to have an internet connection.
If these two requirements are fulfilled you can simply go to the login page and click Login here besides the "Are you a customer?" text.
The internet connection is important as communication with our single sign-on service on our cloud needs to established. This might not be fulfilled if you are using an on-prem installation.
E-mail address and password login
If those requirements are not fulfilled create an account on the support portal before logging in on the support portal the first time. After registration is done you login with your e-mail address and a password. Click Login once you filled the corresponding fields in the login form.
