Platform registration

There are two options for gaining access to the platform:

  1. Self-registration (when you first try to log in)
  2. An active user adds you to a team on the platform (this is a pre-registration process, which needs to be completed before you can gain access)

Self-registration

The first time you access the platform, you will be taken to the login screen (see below left).

Click on the "Not registered yet?" link at the bottom of the page, which brings you to the registration form (see below right):

Fill out the form with your details, including a password. After agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, click Create account & log in. You should now receive a confirmation email to verify your address:


The confirmation link will bring you to the login screen, where you now can login with the credentials you provided     before.

Being added to a team by an active user

If another user added you to a team, you should receive two emails. The first of which informs you that you were added to a team:

Additionally, you should receive a confirmation email with a link to verify your address, as described above. The link will take you to a form which asks you to set a password and enter your name::

Once you have set your password, you can go to the login page and can now log in to the platform.

Troubleshooting
