If you want or need to use the e-mail address and password based login to the support portal you need to register before first login.
- Click one of the two registration/sign-up links on the login page.
- Fill in your name and an e-mail address. Use the same e-mail address with which you are registered on the Monolith platform and click Register.
- You receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration. Please check also your spam-folder!
- After you clicked that link you will be sent to a form to set the password for your account.
- Finish the registration by clicking Activate and Log In. You will be forwarded to the support portal.
